Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated byFomo Project LLC under the brand F Project (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

The Site is published in French. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice are provided in English.

What this Site is — and is not

The Site has two purposes, and only two:

  • present F Project, what it offers and what results it has produced;
  • let you book a discovery call through a scheduling tool embedded in the page.

The Site is a static page. It offers no user account, no login, no contact form, no newsletter and no payment. Nothing you read here is an offer to sell, and no purchase can be completed on the Site.

Purchases happen on Whop, not here

Access to the F Project product — the bot, the training and the community — is sold on Whop, a third-party platform. Any transaction, subscription, renewal, refund or dispute related to that purchase is governed by Whop’s own terms and policies. Those terms are not reproduced here and are not replaced by these Terms of Use.

In short: these Terms of Use cover the Site. They do not cover the product, its pricing, its delivery or its refund conditions.

Risk warning

Trading crypto-assets and memecoins carries a high risk of loss, up to and including the entire amount of capital committed. Past performance is no indication of future performance.

The results, screenshots and testimonials presented on the Site illustrate real cases — gains as well as losses. They are neither a guarantee nor a promise of any result.

F Project provides technical infrastructure, training and support.F Project never manages your funds on your behalf and does not hold your capital. You keep control of your wallet, your funds and every decision you make with them.

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

Trade only with money you can afford to lose entirely. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional in your country before you commit any capital.

No advice, no advisory relationship

Fomo Project LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial institution or tax adviser in any jurisdiction. The content of the Site is provided for information and marketing purposes only. It is general in nature, it is not tailored to your situation, and it takes no account of your objectives, your resources or your tolerance for loss.

Using the Site, booking a call, or watching a video does not create an advisory, fiduciary or agency relationship between you andFomo Project LLC. Every decision you take remains your own, and you bear its consequences.

Testimonials and results shown

The Site displays testimonials, reviews, screenshots of trades and figures reported by members. These are individual results. They are not typical, they are not representative of what any other person will obtain, and they do not predict your own outcome. Results depend on market conditions, on the capital committed, on timing, on execution and on factors outside anyone’s control.

Where a testimonial comes from a public platform, it is reproduced as published. Fomo Project LLC does not warrant the accuracy of statements made by third parties about their own results.

Acceptable use

You may browse the Site, read its content, play the videos it embeds and book a call. In doing so, you agree not to:

  • extract, scrape, crawl or copy the Site or its content by automated means, beyond what a standard search engine does when indexing a public page;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any part of the Site or of the tools it embeds;
  • circumvent, disable or interfere with any technical or security measure protecting the Site or the third-party services it loads;
  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, or in breach of the laws applicable to you;
  • overload, disrupt or damage the Site or its infrastructure, including by denial-of-service attempts, intrusion attempts or the transmission of malicious code;
  • impersonate Fomo Project LLC, F Project or any of its representatives, or present yourself as affiliated with them without authorisation;
  • submit false booking information, or book calls in bad faith or in bulk.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, layout, design, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, screenshots, testimonials as compiled and presented, and the software that renders the page — are protected by intellectual property law. They belong to Fomo Project LLC or are used with the permission of their owners.

The name F Project, the Fomo Project LLC name and the logos displayed on the Site are distinctive signs of Fomo Project LLC. No right to use them is granted to you by these terms.

You may view pages of the Site, make a private copy of them for your personal use, quote a page or link to it, provided the source is visible. Any other reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, republication or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part and on any medium, requires the prior written permission of Fomo Project LLC.

Third-party names, brands and logos that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for identification purposes only.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on, embeds or links to services operated by third parties, in particular:

  • PostHog — audience measurement and session replay, loaded on every page;
  • Trakyo — advertising attribution, loaded on every page;
  • iClosed — booking of the discovery call, embedded in the page;
  • YouTube and Wistia — video playback, loaded only after you click a video;
  • Whop — purchase and access to the product, off the Site;
  • Discord — the community, once access has been purchased, off the Site;
  • Instagram — social account linked from the Site.

These services are independent of Fomo Project LLC. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we invite you to read them.Fomo Project LLC does not control these services, does not endorse their content by the mere fact of linking to them, and is not responsible for their availability, their content or the way they process your data on their own platforms.

Which third parties the Site loads, what they collect and how to object is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

In particular, Fomo Project LLC does not warrant that:

  • the Site will be available without interruption, on time, secure or free of error;
  • the information published on the Site is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it;
  • the third-party services embedded in the Site will function as expected;
  • the Site will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers keep the legal guarantees granted to them by the law of their country of residence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fomo Project LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising out of your access to or use of the Site, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or trading losses.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, for the trades you execute, for the configuration of the tools you use, and for the security of your wallets and private keys. Fomo Project LLC has no access to your funds and cannot recover them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the liability ofFomo Project LLC for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence apply in your favour.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to holdFomo Project LLC harmless from any claim, loss or reasonable expense arising from your use of the Site in breach of these terms or of the law applicable to you. This section does not apply where the claim results from the act of Fomo Project LLC, and it does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

Availability, changes and termination

Fomo Project LLC may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, without notice, including for maintenance, technical reasons or a change of offer. Access to the Site is free of charge, and no continuity of service is guaranteed.

Fomo Project LLC may block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these terms, in particular the Acceptable usesection. Access to the product purchased on Whop is governed separately, by Whop’s own terms and policies.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect a change in the Site, in the tools it loads or in the applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date shown under the title indicates when it was last revised. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policyand the Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fomo Project LLC regarding your use of the Site. They do not govern the product sold on Whop, which is governed by Whop’s own terms and policies.

The fact that Fomo Project LLC does not enforce a provision at a given time is not a waiver of that provision.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State ofNew Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or to these terms shall be brought before the competent courts of New Mexico, United States.

Consumers residing in the European Union keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Nothing in this section deprives them of the protection those provisions afford, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence where the law so allows. The same applies to any other consumer whose national law grants equivalent mandatory protections.
