Who we are

This site is published and operated by Fomo Project LLC, a company registered inNew Mexico, United States, which operates the F Project brand.Fomo Project LLC is the controller of the personal data described below.

How this site works

This site is a static landing page. There is no account, no login, no shopping cart, no newsletter, no contact form, and no payment on the site. We run no database of our own: nothing you do here is written to a server we control.

Two things are handled by third parties rather than by us:

• Purchases. The product is sold on Whop, atwhop.com/f-project. Whop handles the transaction, the payment and the access to the product, under Whop’s own terms and privacy policy. We never see your card details.
• Discovery calls. Calls are booked through iClosed, inside a frame embedded on our home page. The booking form is operated by iClosed.

Everything else on this page describes measurement tools loaded in your browser and the providers that receive that data.

Data we collect

Anonymous browsing data — every visitor

When you open a page, the following is collected by the tools described inService providers:

• pages viewed, and the order in which you viewed them;
• how you arrived: referring domain, and campaign parameters present in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid and similar advertising identifiers);
• technical characteristics of your browser: window size, screen resolution, pixel density, language, time zone, user agent;
• interactions: clicks on buttons and links, scroll depth, sections reached, opening of FAQ items, expansion of the reviews wall, video plays and video progress;
• your IP address, in the server logs of our host and of the providers.

In our analytics tool, no personal profile is created for an anonymous visitor. The tool is configured to create a profile only for people who have been identified — which, on this site, happens in one situation only, described below.

Personal data — only if you book a call

If, and only if, you book a discovery call, the booking form collects yourfull name, email address, phone number, time zone, language and youranswers to the qualification questions asked in that form. This is the only place on the site where you are asked to identify yourself, and you decide whether to do it.

Once a booking is confirmed, we pass your name, email address and phone number to our analytics tool so that the visit and the booking belong to the same record. From that moment on, and for that browser, the analytics data described above is attached to you as an identified person rather than to an anonymous visitor. ReadSession replay before you book: this is the part of this policy we most want you to see.

Session replay

Our analytics tool records a reconstruction of your visit — a replay of your navigation: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the visual state of the page. This is on by default for visitors who are not sending a Do Not Track signal.

Keystrokes are masked. The recorder is configured to mask every form input, so what you type is not captured. Any element the site explicitly marks as sensitive is masked as well.

After a booking, replays are linked to you by name. Because a confirmed booking identifies you in the analytics tool, the replays of the thank-you page — and the activity recorded from that browser afterwards — are no longer anonymous. They sit under a record bearing your name, email address and phone number, and people at Fomo Project LLC with access to the analytics tool can watch them. We use this to understand the path that led to a call, not to monitor individuals.

If you do not want your visit recorded, seeYour choices: a Do Not Track signal stops the analytics tool from loading at all, before any recording can start.

The thank-you page and its address

After a booking, iClosed sends you to our thank-you page at /merci and appends the details you just entered — including your name, email address and phone number — to the page address.

The page strips them out. Those parameters are removed from the address bar immediately, before our analytics tool is loaded, so that they are not written into an analytics event, a session replay or a referrer header, and so that they do not survive in your browser history or in a link you might copy and share. Only the campaign parameters (utm_source and the like) are kept in the address.

One script does run before that removal: the attribution script, which loads in the head of every page. It never reports the address as it stands. It filters it first and transmits only campaign and advertising parameters, its own identifier, and ref and source — so the details iClosed appended to the address are not among the values it sends.

We store none of it on a server of ours — we have none. The booking itself remains in iClosed, and your name, email address and phone number are sent to the analytics tool as described in Data we collect.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no advertising cookie of its own. The entries below are set by the tools it loads. Names and durations are those the providers use at the time of writing and may change on their side.

Videos load nothing while you leave them alone: at rest you see a local thumbnail and a button, and the player — with the provider’s cookies — appears only after your click.

Trakyo also reads the Facebook cookies _fbc and _fbp if your browser already has them, and builds a browser fingerprint from the technical characteristics listed inData we collect. It also cleans the landing address it reports: only campaign and advertising parameters, its own identifier, and ref and source are transmitted; anything else in the address is discarded.

Before you book, the same tool writes its own identifier into the address of the booking frame, as the utm_term parameter. iClosed hands that parameter back on the thank-you page, which is how a confirmed booking is matched to the campaign that brought you here.

Analytics is served from this domain, through a path on our own site, rather than from a third-party domain. This is a delivery choice, not a way of hiding the processing: the recipient is still PostHog, as stated below.

Service providers

We use no other provider than those listed here, and we sell your data to no one.

Our host’s registered address is 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Trakyo is served from the go.fproject.xyz address, which is a subdomain of ours pointing to that provider.

Legal bases

For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Legitimate interest for audience measurement, session replay and advertising attribution — understanding how the site is used, which campaigns bring visitors, and where the page fails them. We balance this against your interests by masking every keystroke, by creating no profile for anonymous visitors, by honouring Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and by offering the opt-outs in Your choices. You may object at any time.
• Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract for the booking of a discovery call and the data collected in that form. Without a name, an email address and a phone number, the call cannot be held.

Your choices

These are not theoretical. Each of them changes what actually runs in your browser.

• Do Not Track stops analytics entirely. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics script is not even downloaded. No request is made, no cookie is written, no session is recorded. The only thing that overrides this is an explicit agreement recorded in your browser, and the site offers no prompt to give one — so a Do Not Track signal is decisive in practice. Clearing your browser storage cancels any such agreement.
• Global Privacy Control is passed on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is transmitted to our attribution provider along with the request, so that the provider can act on it.
• Turn off attribution for a visit. Add trakyo-no-track=1 as a query parameter to the page address and the attribution script will not track that visit.
• Refuse or delete cookies. Your browser can block cookies and local storage for this site, or delete what is already there. Deleting them removes the identifiers listed in Cookies and local storage.
• Ask us. Write to hello@fproject.xyzand we will act on your request, including deleting the analytics record created after a booking.

Videos require no opt-out: nothing from Wistia or YouTube loads unless you press play.

Your rights

If the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we process it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest — which covers all the measurement described here.

Send your request to hello@fproject.xyz. We may ask for enough information to locate your record, which in practice means the email address or phone number you used to book. We answer within one month, and tell you if we need longer.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In France, that is the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL),cnil.fr. If you live elsewhere in the European Union or in the United Kingdom, the authority of your country of residence is competent.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you may ask what personal information we have about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information. We receive no money and no other consideration for it. The advertising attribution described above may nevertheless count as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law; the opt-outs in Your choices, including the Global Privacy Control signal, apply to it.

International transfers

Our analytics provider stores its data on European Union infrastructure. The other providers listed in Service providers are based in, or may transfer data to, the United States. Where a transfer out of the European Economic Area takes place, it relies on the mechanism put in place by the provider concerned — standard contractual clauses, or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Consult the provider’s own policy for the details, or write to us.

Minors

This site and the product it presents are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, write to hello@fproject.xyz and we will delete it.

How long data is kept

We hold no data ourselves, so retention is set in each provider’s tool:

• the attribution cookie lasts about 90 days; the associated local storage stays until you clear it;
• analytics events and session replays are kept for the period applicable to our plan with the provider — we have set no shorter period of our own, and will say so rather than quote a figure we cannot honour;
• booking details stay in iClosed for as long as the booking record exists there;
• server logs are kept by our host under its own retention policy;
• the record created about you after a booking is deleted on request, underYour rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or its providers change. The date at the top of the page is the date of the last change to the text, not the date of the last deployment. Material changes will be reflected there; re-read the page before booking if it matters to you.
