Refund Policy

This policy applies to every purchase of F Project made through our checkout (Whop) on or after the effective date. It is shown before payment, accepted at checkout, and reproduced in the F Project Playbook for reference.

1. What you are buying

F Project is digital content and a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase: lifetime access to the F Project sniping and copy-trading infrastructure on Solana, the F Project training curriculum, the private member community, and technical support. Access is granted automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, and the product is fully delivered at that moment.

F Project is a tool and a method. It is not a financial product, an investment, or a promise of returns.

2. General rule: all sales are final once access is delivered

Because the product is delivered in full and instantly, all sales are final once access has been granted, subject only to the goodwill window in section 3 below.

3. Goodwill refund window (all customers)

Beyond your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer the following: you may request afull refund within 14 days of purchase if, at the time of your request,both of the following are true:

  1. you have completed less than 50% of the F Project training curriculum, as recorded by the Whop course tracker; and
  2. you have executed no trade of any kind (snipe, copy-trade, manual buy or sell) through the F Project bot or infrastructure.

If either condition is not met, the product has been substantially consumed and no refund will be issued. Watching half the curriculum, or placing a single trade, is use of the product you paid for.

Refunds under this section are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your access to the bot, the training and the community is revoked upon refund.

4. What is never refundable

  • Trading results. Memecoin trading on Solana is speculative and high-risk. Losses, missed entries, slippage, failed transactions, network fees, priority fees and tips, and the outcome of any token or wallet you choose to trade are yours alone and are never grounds for a refund, in whole or in part.
  • Performance expectations. Statistics, benchmarks, member results and testimonials published by F Project describe past observations under specific conditions. They are not guarantees of your results. On-chain execution depends on network conditions, validator location, slot congestion, and the targets you select.
  • Coaching or 1-to-1 sessions already delivered.
  • Purchases made through a reseller, a third party, or a promotional code that states its own no-refund terms.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our terms (sharing access, reverse-engineering, abuse of the community or the team).

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback: most issues are resolved directly. A chargeback opened while a refund request is being reviewed, or after a refund has been declined under this policy, will be contested with our records (access logs, training completion, on-chain trade history) and results in immediate and permanent termination of access.

6. How to request a refund

Email fomo@fproject.gg from the address used at purchase, with your Whop invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days. We may verify your training progress and trade history before deciding.
